Interview
I applied online and heard back from a recruiter about a week later. The initial phone screen was with a recruiter who was very friendly and asked about my background, why I was interested in the role, and my salary expectations.
Next, I had a video call with the hiring manager. This was a more in-depth conversation about my previous experience, the challenges I’ve faced in similar roles, and how I approach problem-solving. The manager was very clear about what the role involved and what success looks like.

Interview
There’s no HR. Two to three coworkers in Audit-Team will interview you (so no problem-solving questions). Highly related experiences require, which is hard for a student first apply for an internship.

L'iter di selezione inizia con una telefonata da parte delle risorse umane, procede con un colloquio conoscitivo - attitudinale sempre con le risorse umane e prosegue con due colloqui tecnici con due senior manager del team di riferimento per la posizione.
Entspannt und angenehm. Es wurde hauptsächlich auf personal fit geachtet und ein bisschen über die motivation gesprochen. Die Atmosphäre war locker, ich fühlte mich wohl. Insgesamt wirklich einfach und angenehm.
