Interview process was standard. Round 1 was a group interview which was focused on how an individual would function in a team , round 2 was a one-on-one with a manager, and round 3 was another one-on-one with partners from the team.

Round 1: Gave us a general case study about a company seeking to raise money in the group setting and it was our job to break down the situation. Round 2: Mostly behavioral and experience-based interview. Round 3: Some technical questions asked regarding DCF, M&A models, and equity vs debt. Rest behavioral / background

tre step: HR e due colloqui tecnici. Processo iniziato a Gennaio e terminato ufficiosamente ad agosto. Solo promesse di assunzione per 7 mesi ma niente di ufficiale. Pessima impressione e pessima gestione dei candidati.
