I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Qualcomm in Aug 2019
Interview
There are 3 stages of process. Written test containing aptitude, technical and (digital or communication or software) parts. first two are common for all and last part you have to select your own field of interest. each part has 20 questions and has 30 mins of time

Question 1
There are 7 bags of coins. only one bag has cons weighing 1.1gm each and rest 6 bags has coins weighing 1gm each. You are given a weighing machine and you've to weigh only once. How do you find out the bag having 1.1gm coins?
The first round is online test which will have aptitude, digital and C programming. The difficulty level is from easy to average. The interview will have 2 technical rounds which may extend to one more depending on the candidate's performance.

Interview
It was good. Round 1 was a test containing 3 sections-aptitude, c and electronics (digital/communication). I took the digital one. Then there were two technical rounds and a hr. Basic questions asked were related to divide by 2 ckt, 4 bit comparator, in assembly language how to check whether a number is even or odd(check last bit), Fourier transform, setup and hold time and its violation (metastable), d flip flop explaination, noise margin, multiplexers. Make sure u know vlsi, verilog(some were asked a lot) like synchronous reset vs asynchronous, basic coding in verilog, etc, microprocessor/microcontroller, signals and systems, logic design. This was my first interview and it went well but wasn't selected bcoz only a few were selected. All the best
