Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to (blank). STAR format, very formal and ambiguous.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2024
Interview
Went through about 4 calls and made it to the final round. Only to get an email that they went with an internal candidate and to no longer plan on attending the final round interview. Complete waste of time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics
Interview
Run. Believe the negative reviews and save yourself the time. Three separate internal recruiters who clearly did not communicate when scheduling dates and times. Three interviews on Zoom and fourth and final in person for presentation. Very scripted interviews with no human approach. It’s clear why the turnover is as bad as it is.
