Qualtrics Chaotic Process interview questions

Interview Process: Screener 1:1 Phone 1:1 Video Interview session with 2 - 1:1 and then a presentation for a group based on data they provided. People in the interview forgot they spoke to me before. Employees were not familiar with what I was asked to present. I received an offer, but HR would not respond to questions other than refusing to give me an extension to reply. They extended the offer on a Wednesday after hours and wanted an answer by Monday, which was an holiday (giving 2 work days to consider). When I asked a number of questions, they director of the group spoke to me, but did not have all the answers. The offer letter had the wrong position title (and wrong year). Nobody responded to my declination, which I found unprofessional, but I am not surprised.
