Interview
There was an initial phone interview where a recruiter goes over your resume. Then if you are qualified you go into a face to face with who would be your direct manager. Your will go in and sit in a little room they ask you to visit their website and dress in business attire, although the interviewer comes in wearing a t shirt and flip flops.

Question 1
They will ask you a question, and you will know which one it is because it will have nothing to do with the position or the company, like what percentage of cars are yellow in america? I have seen this on other posts and can't figure out why this matters.
