I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Qualtrics
Interview
First round with recruiter, second with hiring manager, third with an AE, final round with the director. Lots and lots of rescheduling of your interview time, then canceling last minute. The recruiter works out of the US time zone, so hard to get any quick responses if you're in APAC.
My final round was rescheduled until further notice and I never heard back from the team again. Thought it was a huge waste of my time and quite rude, given that they cancelled on me 30 minutes before my final round.
The questions they ask are also really odd, If you answer anything apart from what the interviewer wants to hear, you're written off. Interviewers are very obviously given a list of questions to ask you so the process is super robotic. Didnt get good vibes.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2024
Interview
a phone screening, 2 interviews graded with rubric, then a final interview with sales manager. asked very "different" types of questions than I've usually experienced. Everyone I talked to was extremely nice

Interview
5 entrevistas con diferentes lideres, un proceso promedio y algo largo pero bastante alineado. El personal es sumamente amable, espero siga la misma dinamica en el trabajo y parece que tienen buen nivel de salarios.
