Interview
The interview process starts with a phone interview from a recruiter going over basic qualifications like GPA, what your degree is, etc. Next round of interviews is on site with many different managers, potential coworkers, and even the Head of Finance. Mostly behavioral questions about working in teams, handling multiple projects, etc. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Interview
Two technical phone interviews. First one went fine. Second one went fine, but for some reason they said no. However, the experience was less than perfect, of course. Just based on the interview experience, I would not recommend this company for anyone looking for something long term. The developer's are maybe a little arrogant, and the companies themselves are trying to be Amazon or something instead of finding their own identity -- just my perception.

Interview
Met at a job fair through my school and after the interaction was asked if I could do an interview the next day (company is based in UT and so I assume the recruiters weren't in town long). Interview was short - about a half hour - and not very intense. The recruiter asked me to basically go more in depth about the things on my resume - school projects, work history, career goals etc. - followed by a couple personality and behavioral questions. He also explained a little bit more about the position and asked if I had any questions. That was it.

Also I had some rather large blemishes on my academic record and they were sure to inquire about them.
