Fairly intense and lengthy multi-staged interview process where you are continuously assessed against company values model TACOS. Extensive prior research is an absolute must, as is your ability to demonstrate a strong passion to work in experience management, and to be able to sell SaaS.

10 minutes of intro call with the recruiter, she was kind and friendly .
Started the description of the position and after she asked about myself. After two weeks they sent me the feedback.
Need to have a strong understanding of the company, the values, the role, the players, the experience, the market, etc. Need to come prepared with examples, experience, stories, data and questions.
