I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Provo, UT) in Sep 2012
Interview
It is a very difficult interview process; however, it is necessary to prepare you for the training you will go through the first two weeks. Qualtrics is very particular about who they hire. At this point it is about 2% of all applicants get hired. It is a 5 step process. You have to pass each one individually before you can advance to the next. A team of people comb through your resume first. Second is the group interview. Third is a 60 minute written interview. The forth step is four separate solo interviews with 4 team leaders at a time. Then the final interview is with one of the owners and the sales manager.

Question 1
Tell us about yourself (this is not difficult, but they ask this to gauge a lot about you as a potential employee). Your answer cannot be too long or short. It's a very brief explanation as to why Qualtrics should even consider you.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Provo, UT) in Jan 2012
Interview
The interview begins in a group setting. You are asked to introduce yourself. That is it for the first day. If you are selected to move on, you receive a written interview. After you complete the written interview, (a Qualtrics powered survey) you are called in for an actual in person interview. About 4 people interview you and make a decision. You will know your results within a day. The whole thing was more about fit than skills.

Interview
It starts with a group interview where there were about 20 people all dressed in suits. They start with an intro to the company and prep you for what they are looking for. The intro really gets you excited about the company. Then you break off into mini groups with two interviewers and 4 interviewees. For the most part it seems they are looking for key things in how you introduce yourself.
By the time I got home I had an email in my inbox for the written interview. They ask a ton of questions ranging from academic scores to personality questions. I did that right when I got home and submitted it. I was shocked to hear from them the next day where they scheduled me for a 1:1 interview two days later.
The 1:1 interview has all the managers that are hiring for their team and you just need to get one of them convinced you will be the best asset on their team. Each manager had different questions that made it clear that different management styles do exist and the company is fine with that. I liked that.
They got back to me the next day and scheduled my final interview with the founders of the company. I was really impressed to see that even though they have 200+ people now the founders still interview everyone. They offered me a job on the spot and I accepted. I start next week.
