After applying for the job online, an HR recruiter contacted me to express interest in a phone screen interview. It was more about making sure I understood the position and a few basic questions. It lasted only around 30 minutes.

Interview
Submitted my resume Jan 16th and phone screening was conducted two weeks later. HR lady who Interviewed me was very arrogant comparing with other companies. Asked me to explain my job history and responsibilities. After going through my CV, I was told I'm too senior for this role. She asked me if I agree. I'm not sure why I was invited to phone interview. It was wasting of both of our time.
