RAPP Account Manager interview questions

I recently had the absolute pleasure of experiencing the interview process at RAPP, and let me tell you, it was an exquisite lesson in wasting time. If you ever wanted to feel like you’re running a marathon just to find out the finish line doesn’t exist, apply to RAPP! The journey started with a lovely initial interview, followed by a seemingly endless series of additional interviews. Each round required more preparation than the last, involving rigorous tasks and projects that demanded hours of dedication. The pièce de résistance was the hour-long presentation—nothing screams "valuing a candidate's time" like asking them to prepare a detailed presentation with no guarantee of an offer. Despite jumping through all these hoops with the enthusiasm of a circus performer, the grand finale was a spectacular letdown. After weeks of preparation, interviews, and pouring my heart into the tasks, RAPP decided to pull the classic “thanks, but no thanks.” It was a masterclass in building up false hope. RAPP’s recruitment process seems to be designed to test not just your skills but also your patience and willingness to waste precious hours of your life. They have perfected the art of leading candidates on with multiple rounds, only to discard them like yesterday’s news without so much as a constructive feedback session. So, if you have a surplus of time, energy, and self-esteem that you’re looking to squander, RAPP is the place for you. Otherwise, you might want to invest your efforts elsewhere. Their approach is less about finding the right candidate and more about seeing how many hoops you’ll jump through before collapsing from sheer frustration. Bravo, RAPP, for setting a new standard in time-wasting job interviews.

Interviewed for this position after chatting with a recruiter. The interview itself was pretty standard and positive. I was told via email within an hour of finishing that they’d like me to proceed to the next round and asked me to send availability. I sent my availability and got completely ghosted. I followed up twice over the following week, no response. Beyond unprofessional. If circumstances change, the least you can do is let waiting candidates know. Red flag - glad I know now to avoid.
