I saw the position on Twitter and sent my resumee. I had two interviews, the first one with the Planning Manager and the second one with her and with the Media Director because she asked his advise.
I had a very good impression, the office is very nice and everybody that I met were nice to me. The interviews was very simple, asking about my future plans, why I wanted to work in that area and personal interests.

Question 1
The interview was very soft, so no hard or unexpected question.
There were two interviews, very relaxed and conversational! The interviewers were friendly and just want to get to know you. I believe you typically get interviewed by managers and directors.
I had a Skype interview with four members of the team. I had several marketing and media experiences before. Overall interview was pretty chill. They asked some fun questions but also some unordinary questions that me and my co-workers didn't really see the point.

Interview
Kinda scrambled, and thrown together. They cancelled on me once before having me interview with the wrong person. Then they had technical difficulties. But overall I felt like I had a good idea of what I was getting myself into.
