Reached out to me via email within 1 week of applying. It was a pretty lengthy application process that had me answer creatively, so I was excited! Once we had it booked, it was a straightforward interview with the team lead of the division I applied for. Really pleasant interview / conversational. Had I moved to the next stage of the process, two more members of the team would have attended with my first interviewer, & I would be asked to showcase a project I was most proud of. The only reason I'm giving a "neutral" rating is because of how HR treated me. I wish this company was more transparent with their hiring timeline. Rejection is fine, I just want to know definitively. I finally got a rejection email about 2 weeks after the interview, and the person did not fill in 1) my name, 2) the company name, or 3) the position title. So basically it was a blank template. It made me feel cheap and it was mildly insulting
