Ghosted after a positive final interview. Several virtual and in person interviews with both junior and senior team members in various locations. Each lasted about 30 minutes and the process was structured as typical set of elimination rounds. The more interviews, the farther you advanced as a candidate.
Bottom line: Don’t waste your time with RAPP. As a job seeker, your time and talent are too valuable to simply be ignored.

This was an employee referral. The recruiter screen really was just a hello and here's how things work. All short rounds, first with hiring manager, next with teammate and higher up. Have heard very little for weeks after following up repeatedly with recruiter and others.
