RBC Banking Advisor interview questions

Not overly complicated. Asked about customer service and what it means. Interviewed by branch managers of the area. Interview consisted of an initial phone call and in person interview. Hired on within two weeks

Phone interview followed by face-to-face. Phone was about an hour conversation and an aptitude test online. Fairly efficient and good contact management by recruiter. Face-to-face was in branch with two employees from different branches. Mine were two Branch Managers.
