RBC Banking Advisor interview questions

Online Assesment> 1st Phone Interview > 2nd Phone Interview. The second interviewer gave me a time frame of 10 minutes and asked lots of questions and it took 22 minutes. I did not understand why she gave me a short time frame and then asked so many questions. It was a totally unprofessional experience. I didn't expect that from RBC recruiter. She told me that she will get back to me within 10 business days but no response even online status didn't change. I wrote follow up email to find out whats going on and finally got call back after 15 business days saying I wasn't selected.

First I applied online and within two wekks, I got a mail for me to fill out an assessment online. I had to fill out the behaviourial assessment. Thereafter, I received another call for a phone interview, I knew it didn't go well because I was not preared for it.
