The interview took an hour long. A very detailed interview that asked a range of questions regarding your educational background, work background, as well as behavioural and situational questions. The interview consisted of two people asking me questions and me providing with answers.
There're 3 rounds of interview in total: the first one is a phone interview by HR regarding your education background and past working experiences. If passed, the second round is a in-person group interview with around 10-12 candidates. And then, another phone interview but i can't recall the details.

It makes you think to your full potential and shows how professional the company is. It was very interesting and intriguing. People interaction was very warm and welcoming. Throughout the interview process, both the company and the candidate assess each other to determine mutual fit and suitability for the role and the organization. Effective communication, preparation, and professionalism are key for both parties.
