Interview
First round was a call with a recruiter after receiving application. Then a follow up with complex manager via WebEx, then in person interview with complex manager and complex director.
Interview was easy, just be prepared with explanation of current role if you are in the same industry and have questions at the end.
I ultimately declined their offer as it was below what I currently make and was not what I was looking for

Firstly confirmation mail from HR, Telephonic round for about 20 mins & Then Personal Interview with 2 or 3 panel members. If you luck you will get the confirmation upfront else they will ask to let you in coming days which means not selected

Applied online and received an email with a week to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was not very relevant to the position. I did not hear back from the company again.
