I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at RBC (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
Very comprehensive and thorough. I interviewed with multiple levels from a range of departments. In the end, I thought it was a good process to make sure a fit for both of us.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RBC in Dec 2018
Interview
The process is simple with 3 stages. Telephonic interview, online assessment, and personal interview. The initial screening took about 20 minutes where a set of behavioral and situational questions were asked. Past employment learnings were discussed and connected to job expectations.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (North Vancouver, BC) in Jun 2018
Interview
Overall was a good experience. There were two interviewers who asked very detailed questions on sales generation experience. Compared to other banks, found the interview to be more stressful and less transparent but over all still good as interviewers spent full hour to thoroughly go through the profile. Biggest negative point was that no outcome nor feedback was shared after interview. I had to chase them for two weeks to finally find out I was not selected, this was for second round of interview with hiring managers.
