First did a self guided interview where a lot of behaviour questions were asked. I think there were 7 or 8 questions. Next was a group interview with other applicants where we’re were split into a few different groups and given scenarios

A personality test is administered, upon successful conclusion you proceed to a phone interview with a hiring manager , questions were about skills and competence. 2nd level was with the regional director more on experience and expectations.
