      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Brampton, ON) in May 2018

      Interview

      The first step in the process was an online simulation test followed by a web interview and a final group interview. Process took 4 weeks . I was aware of my candidacy at every step. Week1: online simulation. Got an email from recruiter after 2 days for web interview. Week2: Web Interview, same day got a confirmation email for a final group interview. Week 3: Group interview, got a call same day that I have been selected and was briefed about the next steps. Week 4: Conditional Offer, Background check and other documentation. Week5: Final Confirmation and joining date and schedule. Week 6: Joining.

      Pretty good interview experience. Very nice managers. Referred to the job by an RBC employee, sent my resume and cover letter to the employee's work email, then was referred to the branch manager. About a week later, I received a call from the branch manager for the interview, so I was meeting with the two managers directly. Asked classic senario questions as below:
