as I applied through internal channel there was only one round of interview. mostly general behavioural questions about your sales and customer service skills, with 2 branch managers and 1 hr. the process last about 2 weeks.

I interviewed with the HR and after this round there would a final round of in-person interview, which is with the branch manager. First round of interview is virtual, which takes about 20 minutes.
