Firstly, I need to prepare and submit the resume via RBC's online portal, then the recruiter will conduct a phone interview to confirm your preference of location and your salary expectation. Afterward, a group interview will follow.
I interviewed with the HR and after this round there would a final round of in-person interview, which is with the branch manager. First round of interview is virtual, which takes about 20 minutes.
