I don't have any banking experience but then hr let me enter for 2nd round interview. The expectations from interviewers and HR are totally unaligned which made me feel like wasting my time.

Scenario questions like when customers come in to deposit a cheque asap, what can I do.
I interviewed with the HR and after this round there would a final round of in-person interview, which is with the branch manager. First round of interview is virtual, which takes about 20 minutes.
