2 Round process, including 1 on 1 and then a super day with 3 different people. Overall wasn't that bad, but you need to know your technicals, otherwise you won't stand a chance.
Thirty minute interview, fifteen minutes behavioural and then the rest was spent on an easy SQL / Python problem. Coding wasn't mentioned in the email interview invite. Behavioural questions were general behavioural questions to get you talking about your skills and questions about your background and previous experience.
I recently had a video interview with RBC. The interview lasted about 30–45 minutes. The interviewer was friendly, but the questions were designed to test both skills and behavioral thinking.
