The interview process was great. The questions were very focused to the experience acquired from different organizations. They were not intimidating, and accomodating to the time needed to formulate an appropriate response to the interview questions. The atmosphere of the interview was friendly, as were the individuals conducting the interview.

The most difficult question was around conflict resolution. At the time, I did not have much experience in resolving conflict.

I applied online through the campus website, process was straightforward. Interviewers were very nice. I had to interview at the corporate headquarters in Toronto and I worked in Vancouver. Standard basic questions with few technical questions.
