This was followed with phone interview with hiring manager.
In person interview with hiring manager and their manager then happened.

Basic HR over the phone interview review of resume and basic behavioural questions. This was followed by an in person interview with the Hiring Manager, peers from within the group and finally with the VP. Questions asked were in situational in nature. Following the interviews they contacted my references before making an offer.

Founded by staffing agency who screened me then submitted me to RBC. I then had a face to face 1:1 interview in person. There was some negotiation on the rate, then I accepted and started 1 week later.
