I had recruiter interview, hiring manager interview, and interview with hiring manager's director. Each interview was behavioral interview questions to gauge my experience. Pretty standard. They went with someone else and I am not sure why. But interview process was fine.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, Tell me about a time, how would you go about this...
Second interview was a 3.5hr meeting with CFO, Treasury Manager, Accounting Manager. It was definitely a long interview process but a fair one. Everyone i spoke with was quite knowledgeable and it appeared to be a good place to work. They definitely scrubbed my resume and asked a lot of questions based off that.

Question 1
Where do you want to be in your career in 5 years?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Raleigh, NC) in Sep 2018
Interview
Interview was easy, mostly getting to know me. OMG BUT the company is freaking cheap, they offered me $3000 more annually than my current base, and when I tried to negotiate more money they took away the offer with no communication. The managements work there is awful! And they straight up told me during the interview Raleigh office rarely has things open up so you could be stuck here for a long time. At that time I was very upset, but long term glad I didn’t go. stay away from RBC Raleigh office.
