I applied online, did verbal and logical reasoning tests, a telephone interview and went to an assessment centre day.
Telephone interview with 2 panel heads; technical and motivational questions.
Firs time going to an AC and it consisted of two panel interviews and one group exercise. The overall experience was very good and interviewers were friendly.

Interview
I applied online and had to take a numerical test. Then, a month later I was invited to the first round interview which was over the phone. A few days later I received the invitation to the assessment center in London. The Final Assessment consisted of 1 pitch presentation that I had to prepare in advance, 2 individual interviews and one group exercise. Interviewers were very nice.

Interview
The first round was a phone screening which was very simple. The second round was onsite 2:1 interview at the RBC Capital Markets. Some people had 2 hour interviews, but mine was only 30 minutes. This interview was both behavioral and simple technical questions.
There are 2 fathers and 2 sons, they each get an apple from an apple farm, but when they return there are only 3 apples (no one ate them or threw them out). How is this possible?
