Interview
a phone call, and two rounds of interviews. In between the first traditional interview and the second, I was given an assignment with limited time to complete. Employer wants to know "how you think", find ways to show/ share your creativity. I was not expecting this for a corporate bank job.

Question 1
If I were to ask you to come up with a plan/strategy for the following year. What should it be?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2024
Interview
Did the interview directly with the manager. They wanted to pay $50K for a 12 month contract with no benefits on a Regional Cash Manager job, but apparently it was an EFT processor role instead after conducting the interview. I was expecting pay or salary that were higher given the role title, but then he essentially stated it was for a more junior role. The interviewer or manager didn’t have enough experience or was earlier on in their career. I have more reputable education and experience. The interviewer exaggerates their accomplishments on LinkedIn and is of Asian decent. I didn't meet or speak to anyone else and nobody from HR was contacted.
