RBC interview questions in Toronto

Usually there are 2-3 managers in the room, virtually or in person. They are not trying to fail you. They sometimes will also guide you through the conversation. They are trying to get to know you as well.

After applying, I had to do a technical assessment, and after passing the assessment I got to schedule the interview. There were two interviewers, they were pretty chill, the interview felt smooth and natural. We mainly discussed by previous projects and what I'm interested in.
