Interview
First round HR screening, someone from the team will do a in-person interview, with technical Excel test, but very straight forward and easy. Like how do you interpreate the data. If you passed, congrats you're down to the final round, usually around 3-5 ppl left. You would be meeting with more than 1 managing director and basically ,this is a casual chat to see if they like you as a person that they wanna work with and if you fit in the team's culture.
The RBC intern interview process typically includes an online application, a HireVue video interview, and one or two rounds of virtual or in-person interviews. Expect behavioral and technical questions relevant to the role, plus assessments of problem-solving and teamwork skills.
