It was smooth. Interviewer was well prepared and we had a nice discussion. HR Round, followed by hiring manager and then the director. Asked questions about Vendor Management, risk management, negotiations, etc.
Overall, I had a really positive experience with the interview. The process was centered around a project case, and the questions asked helped to evaluate my skills and experience in a thoughtful way.
The interviewers were friendly and made the conversation feel engaging. They asked great, relevant questions that really helped me showcase my abilities. It was a nice balance of getting to know my experience while also diving into how I think and approach problems.
I applied online. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Really long wait time to see if you receive the offer or not (at least 3-4 weeks). Questions are fairly easy all behavioural asking about work experience and projects along with some situational questions.
