Online Assessment and interview. After a couple of weeks a virtual interview with someone in human resources. After about one month a day-long assessment with different activities requiring a prepared presentation. In the day-long assessment you were observed during group work, then interviewed, and there was a final analytical test.

First we got to meet each other, very nice. Then, they asked multiple behavioural questions about my motivations for the role and my future career plan. It was really friednly and comfortable.
