The video interview stage was fairly simple. Two descriptive questions and around 8 video based. Most questions were based about yourself with one technical question.You get 60 seconds to prepare and 60 seconds to answer. No re-recording allowed

I attended the assessment centre. It took one day, including 4 parts. It is important to show your ability of business mindset and critical thinking. A little bit difficult for this interview.

Smooth and well organised. Started with video interview and then final assessment centre in person. Got rejected but everyone was very welcoming and shared lots of details about the work they do

Direct with VP, generally pretty personality based interview with questions discussing experience and testing fit for managing people and within RWE structure of organization. Discussion around strategy and regional dynamics
