Interview
Ich kam businessgerecht gekleidet und wurde von zwei Herren in Shorts und T-Shirt begrüßt. Durch die Küche, in der würziges Essen gekocht wurde, auf die Terrasse begleitet und in die pralle Mittagssonne gesetzt. Kein Schatten, kein Wasser.
Mir wurden ein paar allgemeine Fragen zu HTML und CSS gestellt, man hat mir erzählt für wen man arbeitet.
Nach einem kurzen Gespräch und Durchsicht meines CV - was man offensichtlich zuvor nicht durchgeschaut hat, hat man sich bedankt und mir ein positives Signal gegeben. Man hat sich für die vorausgeschickten Links bedankt und mir gesagt, dass sie angeschaut und für sehr positiv befunden wurden. Ich habe mir nichts anmerken lassen und mich bedankt - Links habe ich nämlich nämlich gar keine verschickt.

You jump in an ongoing project as team leader substituting the previous manager. Your project part is extremly late. What you do? What do you say to your team?
E' stato un primo colloquio conoscitivo. Le domande erano principalmente incentrate sulla mia istruzione, dalla scuola fino alla laurea. Sono subito stato messo a mio agio e mi hanno, infine, dato informazioni sui contratti e il modo di lavorare.
