Interview
I applied online. There were three interviews and one case study.
The first interview was with human resources. Asked me about my previous jobs, current position, and my expectations. Introduced me about the company, what they are doing etc. It was nice.
The second interview was with the project manager. All of the questions are about my previous jobs, what was my biggest problem, how did I solve it, why did I quit my previous jobs, etc. I think he tried to understand my skills, threads, and opportunities. The interview was great.
The third interview was with the manager. The conversation started with the fun. It started with a general chat. I felt so comfortable. We started fundamental questions about C# programming language like abstractions, interfaces after the general chat. Then asked me about specflow, some comparisons about Azure platforms. The interview was great for me. I liked it and I was excited to work with them.
They send me a case study. I received an email in the afternoon, I started in the evening. I finished it before night. The case was about the API endpoint. They were expecting some validations and test cases. I wrote over hundred test cases for the case study. The case study was familiar with what I have experienced in my previous job in the banking industry.
They asked me for references in next morning. I sent. The next day I received the job official offer. All of the processes were nice, all the time they updated me about the processes.
I'm leaving my country with my family :) It was nice to match with Arvato.
