First step was a phone interview with global HR recruiting person. Second round was with the GM and HRD region it was a video call. Than they selected few candidates who got a preparation task as a homework ( 2 days) a to prepare a presentation about a culture change. The final round was with 5 people where there was a panel interview and AC task.
