Online gesprek van ongeveer 1 uur. Veel informatie vanuit hun over henzelf maar ook over de stageplek en het team. Daarnaast ook veel interesse en vragen naar mij. Goede inhoudelijke uitleg. Was een fijn gesprek. Daarna zou nog een verdere selectieprocedure (pitch op kantoor komen doen over stageonderwerp) volgen, maar de concurrentie had net betere voorkennis.
It was a one way video assessment. I was given 90 second prep time and 2 retries. Overall i was asked 5 questions regarding my personal qualities and what i understood about the role.
