The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Roche in Sep 2017
Interview
The entire interview process was really lengthy, took approximately 2 months to process the application. To wait for a response you need 2 weeks at least. When they requested the information from the candidates, it needs to be provided in prompt, but not the other way round.
At the end, I do not even get a call back to confirm whether my application succeeded or not despite that the recruiter promised to call back on next day, but never did. I really hope that the recruiter would give much respect to the rest of candidates in the future in terms of the time and effort spent, at least a courtesy call to give a yes/no answer, rather than leaving the candidates puzzled out there. Quite unprofessional given that ROCHE is such a big corporate.

Question 1
What is the proudest contribution you have ever made in your previous company?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Roche (Basel) in Jul 2016
Interview
The interview process was fantastic.
Roche is extremely professional, clear, timely and candid.
The official interview process started with a recruiter getting in touch with me on email.
I then had my first interview with the recruiter on Skype, followed by 3 more interviews (Skype) with the hiring manager, predecesor in the role, and a stakeholder that the incumbent to the role would be working with.
Finally, the company flew me down to the Basel Headquarters for an assessment centre, in which I was asked to prepare a presentation (the question prompt was sent to me before-hand).
The assessment centre consisted of:
1. 2:1 interview (Senior business and HR leader)
2. Presentation (to a panel)
3. Business Case Study (relevant to the role) and subsequent presentation (to a panel)
They also called me and gave me very precise feedback about my performance in each of these stages - also with things that I could improve. They have been open, transparent and very fair in our conversations, going out of their way to outline potential areas of frustration that I could have with the role before hand.

Question 1
Outline some of the challenges and lessons learnt from rolling out programs in your previous role.
You can expect many behavioral and situational questions, and specific questions about your job history.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Roche (Tucson, AZ) in Mar 2014
Interview
I was interviewed by existing managers, senior management (VP level) and existing team members The process started with a phone screen by HR. Then I was asked to meet with different managers in the existing group. After that I interviewed with individual contributors also in the group. Finally I met with the VP of that area. When's the interview process was complete I met with HR to discuss next steps and then was told the decision would be made in the next several weeks. Roughly one month after the interviews I was called in by the hiring manager and extended an offer for the position.
