How would you manage a financial crisis on a project?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SAIC (Kuwait-Stadt) in Jul 2011
Interview
Like most contractors, the hiring processf for overseas can be lengthy. My entire process was over 60 days. The interview was conducted over the phone with the two employees, one of which was my boss. Very thorough, but fair. No trick questions. After interview and selection, was nearly a month before human resources made an offer.

Question 1
Not having a heavy logistics background, some of the questions were difficult because I did not have the background to provide an in-depth response. No unexpected questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at SAIC (Torrance, CA) in May 2011
Interview
Was initially a telephone "quick" review as to availability, then, immediate verbal invitation followed with an email for a face to face.
This process took no more than 45-60 minutes with the hiring Manager. Comfortable. No trick questions. Just honest open discussion of past employment and current job expectations.
This was a 2-person interview but only one did the major exchange. I felt very comfortable within minutes. Because of time constraints, an immediate offer was given and 24 hours for a decision.
