The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SAIC (Santa Barbara, CA) in Jul 2009
Interview
Two people interviewed me in an informal interview at a restaurant. They asked me a few basic questions about my education and background. This was for an entry level position so mostly about education and classes. Then told me they were looking for someone who already had an EIT. They talked about a few project and paid the bill.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at SAIC (Baltimore, MD) in Aug 2010
Interview
Interviewers seemed professional, competent and willing to give me every opportunity to present myself. Asked relevant and revealing questions and afforded me the opportunity to do the same. They ended the interview indicating they would be back in touch within 2-3 days...and followed through on this.
Generally speaking, I was very impressed.
