SAIC interview questions

Disorganized, not the right people in the room. Did not seem to be really interested in what my experience with actual proposals was verse my knowledge of industry processes. Overall, I felt they would have hired anyone if they met their salary offering.

Unprofessional, disrespectful, and the interview panel were unqualified for conducting the interview. Neither had the decency to even turn their cameras on. One of them was in a location where he had no signal. The questions were amateur and highly inappropriate for a leadership role. The whole interview lasted 30 minutes. How can you possibly interview for a leadership role in 30 minutes and be unprepared?
