I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SAIC in Aug 2021
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me and set up the job interview. My interview took less than 15 minutes, simple questions I had the Job in less than two weeks. The onboarding process was super simple as well

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SAIC (Yuma, AZ) in Dec 2021
Interview
The interview was conducted by phone. I spoke with the hiring manager for the position. She was respectful and engaged. Although I haven't accepted the position yet, I am confident in the ability to get any and all questions answered about the position.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at SAIC
Interview
Working in the industry for over a decade, I found SAIC’s process to be standard with a surprisingly rude ending. An abrupt, automated email concluded their offer negotiation (or lack of). It was an automated email like any other rejection email you’d receive after an initial application, not one you’d get after interviews and an offer. A counteroffer, even if rejected, deserves a phone call or at least email from the recruiter - not an automated system that doesn’t acknowledge the time you’ve invested.
