The following steps happen prior to accepting the offer from SAIC:
# 1- A phone interview with the third party hiring company(6 month hire to contract)
# 2- A phone interview with the hiring manager
# 3- Face-to-face with the hiring manager and a few others from the team
# 4- The team decided to offer me the position, in which I accepted
*It was not uncommon to do a 6 month contract to hire since for the contract I was hired for since I came to find out that a few others have done the same through the same staffing Agency.
*After 6 month, the hiring manager decides whether they want to extend you a full time job offer for SAIC based on your performance throughout the 6 months.

Reached out to by a recruiter twice, screening went well. Scheduled an interview with an engineer however they kept rescheduling. During the phone interview I was being rushed to answer quickly as they were busy. Got rejected and told me I didn't elaborate enough.
