I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SAIC (Oak Ridge, TN) in Apr 2016
Interview
The interview was a very thorough process, mine personally having been done by three people at once. Never be afraid to ask questions, and don't try to B.S. your way through by making it seem like you know the answer to a question when you don't. "I don't know" is a good answer if you really don't know. If you ask, they WILL give you feedback on your interview technique.

Question 1
Do you have any substantial experience with customer service?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at SAIC (Kansas City, MO) in Jun 2012
Interview
The interview as sad to say the least. SAIC was only looking to fill holes with warm bodies not find the best candidates. The whole interview was 20 minutes across the phone sight unseen. I was made an offer and accepted without ever seeing anyone. Most of the people they hired was very unprofessional and un-kept because of the sorry way they interview.

Question 1
What skills do you possess that will enable you to be successful in this position?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SAIC in Oct 2012
Interview
There was absolutely no interview. I was hired by virtue of resume alone and was only asked general questions, likely to see if I wasn't a psycho killer.
In the interviewers defense, I knew and had worked with the customer before and he gave the go ahead for SAIC to proceed with hiring me.
The interview was conducted over the phone. I was in my underwear so at least is was a comfortable environment.
