I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SAIC (Wichita, KS) in May 2017
Interview
Had a phone interview that was supposed to last 30 minutes, and ended up being a little over an hour. It was a great experience, and the questions they asked were both behavioral and a small portion of technical questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SAIC (Blacksburg, VA) in Sep 2014
Interview
I got a call from HR personnel after I submitted my resume from college hiring site. She asked me about my information, discussed about the position, and told me I will be contacted for an in person interview. A few day later, i was scheduled for an in person interview at my college's career center. Interview was my most comfortable moment in my all interviews so far. No technical questions, all behavior and experience related.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How did you handle a slacking member in your team ? What is the most difficult project you worked and how did you complete it?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at SAIC (Huntsville, AL) in Dec 2015
Interview
I went into the interview not expecting to take the job so I was very relaxed and didn't really care much, I just have a policy of never turning down an interview. There were no technical questions or personality questions asked. The guy they got to interview me only saw my resume about 3 minutes before the interview and said "You have more experience than me, I don't know how to interview you". We proceeded to chat a bit about my experience. I late found out he was never even asked how he felt about me. I was then taken to the manager and he asked me a couple of vague questions about my experience and how much I wanted. I threw out a silly number and he said they could make it work. I have a formal offer the next day.
