I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at SAIC
Interview
Working in the industry for over a decade, I found SAIC’s process to be standard with a surprisingly rude ending. An abrupt, automated email concluded their offer negotiation (or lack of). It was an automated email like any other rejection email you’d receive after an initial application, not one you’d get after interviews and an offer. A counteroffer, even if rejected, deserves a phone call or at least email from the recruiter - not an automated system that doesn’t acknowledge the time you’ve invested.
Automated phone screen asking to describe yourself, qualifications, and why you would be a good fit due the applied job. This was a bit impersonal but I believe it’s intended as a screening mechanism.
Arranging the data using different types of tools given by the management to produce the output so it can be done eaisly and package details are discussed and after finishing the process the offer letter is sent to mail
