I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SAP (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2015
Interview
Basic HR questions, no second round. First of all, set up a telephone call through email after submitted the resume online. Got the phone on time and first let you introduce yourself. Also, they care about how much you know about their company, so better go through their website in advance. Other than that, just very routine like normal phone screen.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SAP (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Was phoned a few days after submitting my CV online and asked if I could come in for an interview two days from then, which was a bit short notice. I was interviewed by two people, one drove the majority of the interview, and was quite friendly. I was grilled on almost every aspect of my CV, with specific focus on my projects, and was also asked to use the whiteboard to demonstrate some answers.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SAP (Sofia, ) in Jun 2013
Interview
SAP approved my CV, so they asked me to visit them so I can take a 2 hour test. A week later, I received a call by the HR that I have 80% on the test. Afterwards, I went to two interviews in a 10 day period.
1 - I was asked to give definitions about Java principles and etc. Relatively easy questions. (in English)
2 - I was asked to write functions and classes on a white board and explain them. This time they asked my speak only in Bulgarian, because it is not acceptable to write and speak in English, when we are in Bulgaria.
Unfortunately, I graduated in the UK and I was not familiar with the bulgarian terminology. From my point of view this was the only way to make me fail. I was really looking forward to be part of their team. After the interview, they called and said that I can apply again after 2-3 months, because the positions are already taken.
